[feat]: Update `<pf-v6-table>` for PatternFly v6

Start by reviewing elements/pf-v5-table/, elements/package.json, eslint.config.js, the _snippets/ and framework-integration/ references, and .claude/ADVICE.md. Compare the existing v5 element with @patternfly/react-table and the listed PatternFly v6 requirements. Done means the v5 references are removed, the component and sub-components have demos and API, accessibility tests pass, reviews and lint checks pass, and a changeset targets staging/pfv6.
