Descripción

Environment: Master Sandbox, https://apps.master.openedx.io/. Reproduces when the browser window is wide in CSS pixels: on a 2560px-wide monitor at 100% zoom, or on a 1920px-wide monitor zoomed out (for example, to 67%). Does not reproduce on a 1920px-wide monitor at 100% zoom, or on a 2560px-wide monitor zoomed in enough.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In Studio, open the Competency Management page of any competency taxonomy (/authoring/taxonomy/<id>/competencies).
  2. Select a competency, so the course panel opens on the right.
  3. Drag the vertical divider between the competency tree and the course panel to the right, as far as it goes.

Actual result

  1. The course panel shrinks with no minimum width. Its content gets squeezed: the "No content associated with ..." message breaks into one character per line.
  2. Dragging further hides the course panel completely, including the search field. Only the Start Date filter stays visible.
  3. The divider can be dragged past the right edge of the course panel.

Expected result

The course panel keeps a minimum usable width. The divider stops at that width, so the search field, the "Demonstrate Mastery For" heading, and the course list stay readable.
