Start with peer_reviewed_article.php for teaser images, then trace the festival contribution images, form previews, and content rendering mentioned in the issue. Check how those image elements receive their titles and figure captions; verify that each case gets the specified alt text, with an empty alt when content images have no caption. An open linked pull request (#665) indicates work is already underway.

Problem
Lighthouse reports "Image elements do not have [alt] attributes" on the tag index and the page index. Every teaser of an article with a featured image (img.featured_image, made in peer_reviewed_article.php) has no alt. Screen readers then read the file name, for example "5f0c0ffee0b1c.png", or skip the image without saying what it is.
Hypha makes more images without alt:
- the image of a festival contribution in the list of contributions and on the festival page;
- the preview of a chosen image in the article and festival forms;
- images in older content without an
alt.
Expected, without a change to the data model
- The teaser image gets the title of the article as
alt. - The image of a festival contribution gets the title of the contribution.
- A preview gets "voorbeeld van de gekozen afbeelding".
- An image in the content without
altgets the caption of its<figure>, otherwise an emptyalt, which marks it as decoration.
