Descripción

Context - OpenBitFun already ships multi-agent foundations: the Ultimate Agent Harness mode (divide the work among agents, bring their results together), the agent-teams topic, and DeepSWE v1.1 results (GLM-5.3-Flash 64.6%, DeepSeek-V4-Flash 56.6%). But the public roadmap (Where we're headed: Lights-Out Factory / Infinite Radius / App Evolution) does not list multi-agent orchestration as an explicit pillar - even though Lights-Out Factory (plan by day, tasks continue on a server, review the results next morning) structurally depends on it.

Proposal - elevate multi-agent orchestration into a first-class capability powering Lights-Out Factory:

  1. Role-based pipeline (Ultimate mode) - split each task into roles with generation/verification separation:
    • Planner: spec / ground-truth / acceptance criteria.
    • Implementer: writes in an isolated worktree.
    • Reviewer: adversarial review with a different model + separate context.
    • Verifier: runs the checks in a clean environment.
  2. Verifiable gates - machine-decodable acceptance (ground-truth / parity / byte-level diff) so merges are judged by objective checks, not human review alone.
  3. Orchestrator - schedules, monitors, merges; does not write artifacts itself.
  4. Reusable workflows - expose the pipeline as a composable, reusable template (factory of workflows).

Why now - Lights-Out Factory needs long-running, fault-isolated, multi-agent execution on a server. Strengthening orchestration now de-risks that roadmap item and makes Ultimate genuinely competitive with the role-based pipelines emerging in open-source agents.

Guardrail - keep BYO-model / local / private posture. Take the methodology (process architecture + generation/verification separation), not a closed vendor ecosystem (no binding to any single inference endpoint or cloud swarm).

Happy to break this into concrete milestones (persistent daemon + session isolation first, then role pipeline + gates). Would maintainers consider this direction?
