Start at the error arm of NowRdmMessage::Capabilities in devolutions-session/src/dvc/task.rs (around lines 625-633), then trace the Err causes in rdm.rs (process_capabilities, the pre-epoch clock check, and the response construction). Decide whether the failure can be expressed as an app-available-unset response or must close the channel, then add the test CapabilitiesProcessingFailureRespondsOrClosesChannel. Linked PR #2096 is already open against this issue, so check it before starting.

Descripción
Where: devolutions-session/src/dvc/task.rs:625-633 (error arm of NowRdmMessage::Capabilities); causes at rdm.rs:378-381 (clock before the Unix epoch), rdm.rs:405-407 (response construction).
What happens: when process_capabilities returns Err, the arm logs and sends nothing. The happy path - including "RDM not installed" (rdm.rs:388-416) - always answers with app-available unset, so this only triggers on genuinely odd inputs. The consequence is still permanent: the client's send-order matching is shifted for the rest of the connection.
Ask: always answer or close. If the failure can be represented in the response, respond with app-available unset; otherwise close the channel with an error. Don't leave a usable-looking connection missing a required response.
Test: CapabilitiesProcessingFailureRespondsOrClosesChannel.
