The payload names no source files, tests or entry points; the failing calls are project list and project select in the CLI, plus the Intelligence website session request. The reporter is asking for an account or organization investigation on the service side, which a newcomer cannot do from the repository. Done would mean a maintainer confirms the cause of the 503 and the reporter gets a resolution, so this is not a first contribution.

CopilotKit Intelligence returns 503 when selecting or creating a project
Hello,
I'm setting up OpenDots on Windows and trying to connect it to CopilotKit Intelligence.
The CLI login works, but these commands all return Request failed with status 503:
npx copilotkit@latest project list --jsonnpx copilotkit@latest project selectnpx copilotkit@latest project select --create OpenDots
The Intelligence website also displays: Unable to load session — Session request failed with 503.
Network connectivity works, and the public status page reports all services operational.
