Start by searching the repository for I0 and n_initialization_points in the multisignal model code to find where the initial infection vector is defined and indexed. Done means I0 refers to I(t=0), the initialization vector and any downstream indexing use the new anchor consistently, and the existing test suite still passes with the same outputs.
