Start with internal/tui3/home.go:4138 and the title underline logic at internal/tui3/homecell.go:499 and :610. Run make demo-home, reproduce the pointer behavior, then inspect the existing Home mouse tests or add coverage for name, count, and branch cells. Done means the indicated target and click behavior agree, the e2e and unit acceptance checks pass, and the Home mouse manual and invalidates record are updated.

What happened

The whole project row, including its counts and branch reading, selects the next message's project when clicked. Hover underlines only the project name. The visual cue therefore marks a smaller target than the click handler accepts.

Replication

Deterministic (no model). Use make demo-home, open Home with mouse reporting, move the pointer over a project's count or branch text, and click. The text does not underline, yet the project on the draft seam changes. Moving over the name underlines it.

Where

internal/tui3/home.go:4138 at dev@debffabf6, homePress, treats a homeProjectRow hit as selection. internal/tui3/homecell.go:499 and :610 underline the title portion when projectHover matches.

The fix

Make the clickable extent and visual cue agree. The least surprising contract is to make only the underlined name select the project, while counts and branch remain readings.

Acceptance

  • e2e: in codeaf chat on a demo home, a click on an underlined project name changes the draft target; a click outside that indicated target does not.
  • Unit: pointer hit tests cover name, count and branch cells.
  • Update Home's mouse manual and record the former whole-row target in invalidates.
