Research direction

Start by reading the README and inspecting the raw data to confirm whether spatial fields are present. Then check the linked AMELAG repository for usable shapefiles and assess whether a map can be added without affecting the analysis; done means documenting feasibility or adding the visualization with the analysis unchanged.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I do not see any spatial data in this README for the raw data I am using but there might be shapefiles elsewere https://github.com/robert-koch-institut/Abwassersurveillance_AMELAG. Didn't include this for now.

I think its a nice touch for visualisation but doesn't impact the analysis.
