Research direction

The issue provides no files, tests, or implementation details to follow. Start by reading the repository README and locating how models are rerun and diagnostics are saved; clarify the expected models, diagnostic outputs, and completion criteria before making changes.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

There are some failed runs but I hadn't previously set up model diagnostic savings, so to exclude these we'd have to do them by eye which isn't ideal. It's possible the models failed because of too small of warmup iterations so I have also increased these.

Plan will be to merge PRs which save diagnostics, score the wastewater forecasts, and add a epidemic phase characterisation that joins to the scores (using 28-day change of > or < 15% for now), test-run on a few dates/locations, and then set-up to rerun on the cluster.
