According to the process, we need to configre all stakeholder and feature reqs with "valid_from" version to show, starting with which version the requirements shall be inside the time feature (means, implemented)

Some versions are already stated there as bulk change.

In the scope of current ticket we need to adjust the versions specifierd to be up to date with our planning
