Research direction

The issue describes a future scheduled external adoption and qualification path, but gives no files, tests, or entry points to start from. Read the existing 0.5 operations path and the boundaries in B7 and #32/#58/#62/#63/#67; the work is complete when the listed deployment, retry evidence, restore drills, measurements, feedback, and calendar history are established.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

The 0.5 operations path already has bound observation, immutable receipts, packet-bound results and portable private history. A scheduled external adopter still needs deployment admission, duplicate-run protection, backup recovery drills, measurements and consumer feedback.

On 2026-10-08 the owner explicitly removed external deployment/qualification from the next implementation task and requested a major increment that can be completed through code and analysis alone. This issue is deferred and is not implemented by 0.6. The selected next increment is Offline Repository Analysis.

Future acceptance remains: protected exact-pin deployment, append-only scheduled cycle/retry evidence, actual archive restore drills, measured requests/bytes/elapsed time, result-bound feedback and real calendar history. Actual external installation, runner/schedule ownership and authenticated independent acceptance cannot be established by a software release or synthetic fixture. B7 and #32/#58/#62/#63/#67 retain their existing boundaries.
