new dll versions braek earlier versions.
Steps to reproduce?
try upgrade an earlier version of dnn e.g. 10.3.2 to the latest version it it all breaks
As an example of the many issues Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions, Version=10.0.0.0
