Research direction

Start by reading how the permissions tabs in page settings and module settings handle the Content editor and Content manager roles, and compare that with how other roles are handled. There are no files or tests named in the issue, so first locate those entry points and relevant tests. Done means a site admin can adjust these roles' permissions for specific pages and modules, including restricting editing or viewing.

What happened?

As of DNN 10 we have default roles Content managers and Content editors. Very happy with teh concept. But by default they have many permissions. As a Site admin or webmaster you need the ability to excempt certain pages or modules from the default setting. So, you can prevent these roles from editing or viewing these pages or modules.

Steps to reproduce?

Go to the permissions tab in the page settings / module settings.
You'll find the setting is not editable for the roles mentioned

Expected Behavior

I would like to be able to adjust the permissions of these roles, just like I can for other roles
