Rechercherichtung

The issue body names no new patch versions, so first confirm the target list in the parent tracking issue linked in the body (docker-images#1699). Find the Kafka version entries in this repo's Dockerfile and the boil-config file, then mark 4.2.1 as deprecated with a comment change. Done means the deprecation appears in the docs, and the other operator repos that reference Kafka versions are checked and linked.
