The report mentions a proposed fix for 12.3.2 and a separate Rewatch fix in #9090; inspect that linked work to see what has already changed. Done means the dependency interaction is resolved for ReScript 12+ and the relevant fix is available in the appropriate release or branch.

I'm in the progress of upgrading to ReScript 12+ and hit a problem previously described here:

My example repo has been updated to use 12.3.1.
Codex was able to create a fix for a 12.3.2 release (I'd be very grateful for this), but I'm not sure how to open a PR for it: https://github.com/CarlOlson/rescript-compiler/tree/fix/12.3.1-dev-module-shadowing
I also had Codex make a fix for both the Rust and Ocaml implementations of Rewatch for master: #9090
