Rechercherichtung

Start with docs/notebooks/clear_outputs.py and its process_notebook function, then inspect docs/lite/wasm_check/check_pyodide_install.mjs alongside _mvtb_nb_bootstrap.py. Check that every dirty cell is cleared and that the wheel is written where the bootstrap searches; the issue says both fixes are already present in the RTB copy, so use its notebook hygiene PR as a reference. Done when both tools operate on all dirty cells and the wheel built for the check.

Beschreibung

Likely smells in the notebook tooling, found while copying it to RTB. Worth checking out and fixing.

  1. docs/notebooks/clear_outputs.py, process_notebook: changed = any(clear_cell(cell) for cell in nb.get("cells", [])) is a generator, and any() stops at the first cell that returns True. Only the first dirty cell of each notebook is cleared, so a second run clears the next one, and so on. Use a list: any([clear_cell(c) for c in cells]).

  2. docs/lite/wasm_check/check_pyodide_install.mjs writes the wheel to /<wheel> in Pyodide's filesystem, but _mvtb_nb_bootstrap.py looks for it with Path("/pypi").glob(...). It finds nothing, so it falls back to installing machinevision-toolbox-python from PyPI and the check tests the last release, not the wheel just built. Also write the wheel to /pypi/<wheel> (FS.mkdirTree("/pypi")).

Both are fixed in the RTB copy, see the notebook hygiene PR in robotics-toolbox-python.
