Hello from the GSoC Mentor Summit 2026 in Munich 🚀!
I've heard so many awesome stories about GSoC in various projects (including the one I'm mentoring, webpack), and I think that it would be beneficial for Node.js to join Google Summer of Code in 2027. I'd obviously champion this initiative and take responsibility for bringing it to fruition (and y'all don't need to take time off your busy schedules), but I wanted to get TSC approval before I made any actions towards this goal.
