Start by locating the code that handles the Copilot Language Server's /models response and compare its accepted capability types with the reported value decisions at /data/18/capabilities/type. Check related parsing tests and reproduce the startup log if possible. Done means the response is handled without this parse error and the existing model parsing tests pass; the report says no functionality loss is apparent.

Describe the bug

Since some time (2 -3 days?) I see error reported on Eclipse startup in the log (see stack below).
Except the error entry, I don't see any functionality lost, but of course there could be something I didn't noticed.
