Add an e2e app using an OpenAI-compatible provider, a real E2E_TEST_DSN without a tunnel, and checks for returned gen_ai spans. Add a variant that runs against the latest library version; done means real requests and span assertions pass.

Beschreibung
Add an e2e test app that uses the OpenAI-compatible integration the way a real user does, and that sends the data to a real Sentry project.
Current state: No e2e test exists for this integration.
Requirements:
- Send real requests to an OpenAI-compatible provider (OpenRouter is OK).
- Use a real
E2E_TEST_DSNwith no tunnel, so the data goes to Sentry. - Read the
gen_aispans back through the Sentry API and check them, the same way the*-send-to-sentryapps do. - Add a variant that runs against the
latestversion of the library.
