Beschreibung
The readme.txt shipped in the Exceptionless.Mvc, Exceptionless.Web and Exceptionless.WebApi 6.2.0 packages still sends users to http://exceptionless.io for "learn more", "get your api key" and "documentation and support". That URL redirects to https://exceptionless.io/, which serves a certificate for *.netlify.app, so browsers show a certificate error instead of reaching the site.

The same three lines appear in the other platform readmes (Exceptionless.AspNetCore, Exceptionless.Extensions.Hosting, Exceptionless.Extensions.Logging, Exceptionless.Log4net, Exceptionless.NLog, Exceptionless.Windows, Exceptionless.Wpf), so they could be fixed together.

The readmes also have no link to setup instructions for the legacy ASP.NET (MVC, Web API, WebForms, WCF) integrations; the only docs links are the generic "private information" and "sending events" pages.

The readmes link to the current site and docs:

- "Get your api key": https://be.exceptionless.io/
- "Documentation and support": https://exceptionless.com/docs/
- The legacy ASP.NET page, https://exceptionless.com/docs/clients/dotnet/legacy-aspnet/, for the web.config and module setup these packages use. That page goes live with the new docs site.
Suggested fix
Replace http://exceptionless.io with the URLs above in these readmes (and the other platform readmes), and add the legacy ASP.NET docs link to the "ASP.NET Integration" section of the Mvc, Web and WebApi readmes.
