Origin of idea

I noticed while lining up a test load order that there was no notification of a missing dependency for one of my mods (Outer Rim - Galactic Diversity) which uses the <modDependenciesByVersion> field in the About.xml to note Outland - Genetics as a dependency for 1.5 & 1.6 specifically (was optional in 1.4).

Suggestion/proposed solution?

Adding a check to look at the data for the currently installed RimWorld version while checking dependencies. It's a rarely used feature but could lead to confusion that is not a problem when using the in-game mod manager.
