Read the API v2 migration plan for Step 1, group 1C and inspect the executor, versioned v2 Modal application, deployment validation, and version manifest. Implement the household calculation and one Modal function per country in the PolicyEngine.py bundle, then validate each function and record it in the schema version 2 manifest. The linked pull request #842 is already open, so this work appears to be underway.

Beschreibung

Part of the API v2 migration, Step 1, group 1C (household functions), item 1C-1. This issue tracks the second of two stacked pull requests.

Scope

  • A household calculation in the executor that reproduces the Public API's in-process household calculation (input preparation, simulation construction, requested values and their serialization, warnings, SPM selection and receipt, error codes and messages), so v2 results can be compared with the Public API's.
  • One Modal household function per country in the PolicyEngine.py bundle, calculate_household_{country}, in the versioned v2 Modal application, sized for large households and axes requests. Each invocation calculates one household under one or more policies.
  • Deployment validation that calls each household function, and the v2 version manifest (schema version 2) recording each validated household function.

Nothing calls the new functions yet; the entrypoint household submit and poll routes come later (group 2B).
