Beginne damit, den verlinkten PoB für PoE1 zu laden, das relevante Breachlord-Notable zuzuteilen, vier Foulborn-Gegenstände auszurüsten und einen Lightning- oder Cold-Support-Gem hinzuzufügen. What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

This stat instead grants +2 to level of lightning/cold gems in general, i.e. including supports.

How to reproduce the issue
  1. Allocate either bloodline notable
  2. Equip 4 foulborn unique items to meet the condition
  3. Add a lightning/cold support gem
  4. See that it has +2 levels even though it shouldn't
