Rechercherichtung

Start by tracing the desktop client's Connect VPN flow from the browser launch through its OIDC callback, then inspect the code that handles HTTP 403 responses. The report gives no logs or source files, so first reproduce the intermittent failure after a device reboot and capture the request and response around the login redirect. Done means the login page opens reliably across the reported operating systems and the failure is covered by a reproducible check.

Summary

After a reboot of the device, Windows, Linux and Macos, sometimes the user gets a 'Something went wrong page "Request failed with status code 403.'

After a couple of times refreshing the page we are getting the Login page.

When clicking on connect vpn it wil open a window so we can login to our OIDC provider Keycloak.
