Rechercherichtung

Start by locating the SettingsCard control and its background transition or visual state handling; the issue does not name a source file or test. Reproduce in a blank WinUI 3 app by changing the card's Background from code or a style, then trace what causes the white flash. Done when changing the background no longer produces a white flash during the transition.
