Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with config/ckeditor/Default.json and inspect how the field settings discover and populate the CKEditor config file option. Trace the handling of the filename Default.json, then verify that it appears as a selectable option and that the field no longer reports that there are no JS/JSON files.

Description
Description
I recently migrated from CKEditor 4.x to 5.x, one of the CKEditor configs under 4.x was called "Default", this created a config/ckeditor/Default.json, but in the field settings the config file is not selectable and instead shows the error message "There are no JS/JSON files in config/ckeditor"
Renaming the .json file to anything but Default.json allows it to show up in the dropdown on the field.
Steps to reproduce
- Migrate from CKEditor 4.x
- Review field that previous had a CKEditor config applied
- Under Advanced the config file option does not show the Default.json file as an option
