Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Craft 5.9.22 with PHP 8.2.17, MySQL 27.1, and CKEditor plugin 5.5.0 by cloning an existing block that uses CKEditor. Confirm that duplicate CKEditor fields render before saving and disappear after saving; trace the cloning path to identify where the duplicate entries are created, then add coverage for the reproduction.
