Keep (유지할 항목)
- P/R 및 PULL시 충돌관리를 위해 서로 의견을 자유롭게 교환.
- 개인 체력 관리 차원에서 자유로운 쉬는 시간 사용.
Problem (문제라고 생각하는 항목)
- PR 및 충돌핸들링에 소모 하는 시간이 길다. 지난 주 하루에 사용한 PR시간 중 가장 길었던 시간은 3시간에 육박한다.
- 코드리뷰를 하기로 하였으나 잘 지켜지지 않음.
- 에러핸들이슈 작성이 잘 안된다.
Try (Action Items)
- PR충돌 및 pull시간을 줄여, 코드치는시간을 확보한다.
- 코드리뷰의 중요성을 검색해서 알아보고, 코드리뷰의 중요성을 알자.
- 에러핸들이슈작성은 마음을 먹어도 잘안된다. 에러생기면 일단 글부터 쓰자.
- 시간이 생각보다 없으니 속도를 내자.
