에러 핸들링 방법

1. 내 migrations폴더안의 파일들을 지운 후 팀원에게 migrations폴더 파일들을 새로 받아 옮겼다. 
2. 데이터베이스를 삭제하고 재생성 후에 다시 db migrate를 실행시켰다.
