Expected: Roster image matches docs/asset-counts.json: 495 personas across 13 departments (the README docs/readme/board-strip.png already shows 495 / 13 correctly).

Actual: The image renders "389 — Expert personas, nine departments" with 9 bars (Engineering 70 … Sales / GTM 23). Its own alt text on both pages says "495 expert personas across 13 departments", so the picture contradicts the alt, the page copy, and the README. It is also a light image (white ground, blue bars), off the dark README face.
