The issue does not name the config file, so first find where the dependency-builds pipeline lists existing bundler versions in this repository. Add a 4.0.22 entry using the ref, url and sha256 given in the issue, following the format of the neighbouring entries. Ignore the nginx pruning rule, which applies only to nginx. Done when bundler 4.0.22 appears in the pipeline config with the same structure as the existing lines.

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.
For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
