Research direction

Find the dependency-builds pipeline and the Python dependency or buildpack version definitions. Add the provided Python 3.15.2 URL and SHA-256 to the relevant entry; the issue gives no file or test path, so first inspect the pipeline structure and nearby version entries. Done when the new version line is included with the supplied checksum.

Description

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.

For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
