Research direction

The issue names the dependency-builds pipeline and gives the full node entry: source type node, name node, version_filter node-lts, plus ref 24.18.1, the tarball URL and the sha256. Start by finding where existing node version lines are defined in this repository and copy their structure. Done when a 24.18.1 entry with those exact values sits alongside the other node lines. The payload does not name the file, so confirm the location first.

Description

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.

For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
