Research direction

Find the dependency-builds pipeline configuration for the R buildpack and follow the existing version entries. Add R 4.6.2 using the CRAN URL and SHA-256 in the issue; compare the surrounding entries to identify the relevant version line. Done when the pipeline includes this version and its configuration matches the established format.

Description

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.

For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
