Research direction

Start by following issue #137 to find where the IAU WGCCRE pole orientation is implemented, then consult the IAU 2015 report for Neptune’s sin N / cos N terms. Check how the project compares Triton’s orbital plane with the Horizons fixture; done means the periodic term is included and that comparison is checked against the fixture.

Description

track:solar-system

#137 orients the planets with moons to their IAU WGCCRE poles, but leaves out Neptune's periodic term in N. That term moves Neptune's pole by up to about 0.7°, and Triton's orbit plane with it.

Add the sin N / cos N terms from the IAU 2015 report, and check Triton's plane against the Horizons fixture.
