Research direction

Start by locating the Distro repository's local installation and build documentation, then review the caMicroscope.yml docker-compose workflow described in the issue. Document Docker prerequisites and installation commands for Mac and Windows, and clarify the documented build and startup steps so the setup can be completed successfully.

Description

Hello@birm

for the Distro repository,
I will suggest that it should be included that the user install docker before building in the local machine,
It will be also interesting if the command line codes are but to install docker for both Mac and Windows users.

I had a difficult time when I tried to run with docker-compose -f caMicroscope.yml up on my Windows machine, so I decided to build with docker-compose -f caMicroscope.yml build before running docker-compose -f caMicroscope.ym and the installation was fine.
