Research direction
The missing constant is in the OutputModes flags in src/termios/types.rs, around line 321, where OLCUC is gated by platform cfg attributes. Compare those gates with the nix termios.rs link in the issue to see which targets are missing it. Done when OLCUC is available on the apple and musl targets and the crate still builds on Linux and macOS.

Description
Just an example rustix's OLCUC is mikssing from apple: https://docs.rs/rustix/latest/src/rustix/termios/types.rs.html#321 .
But nix does: https://github.com/nix-rust/nix/blob/3eae6d68ec6382fef7b38cd58f97458e59a71af9/src/sys/termios.rs#L502 .
