Research direction

Read docs/en/java.md and docs/fa/java.md, then compare their version snippets with java/README.md and Version.java to understand what release-please updates. Choose whether to use a Maven Central badge with “the latest version” in both docs or update the docs through the release workflow; done means the published documentation no longer hardcodes a version that will go stale.

Description

documentation java release

docs/en/java.md and docs/fa/java.md show <version>0.1.0</version> and bitpin-sdk:0.1.0. release-please's extra-files only reach files inside the java/ package, so these will go stale at 0.2.0 (java/README.md and Version.java are updated).

Options: add a Maven Central version badge and write "the latest version" in the snippets, or have the release workflow bump the docs.
