Research direction

Start with the "How to migrate a component" section of #172, since the migration steps live there rather than in this issue. Then update src/app/features/beneficiaries/beneficiaries.component.ts to use the appTranslate pipe and switch beneficiaries.component.spec.ts to provideI18nTesting(). Done when the beneficiaries entries are removed from frontend/eslint-suppressions.json and npm run lint, npm test and npm run i18n:check all pass.
