Research direction

Start by tracing how opencode mini chooses agent colors and compare it with the full TUI path for the agent.color settings in opencode.jsonc. Check existing tests for mini agent switching and add coverage for the configured build and plan colors. Done when mini displays the same configured colors as the full TUI.

Description

Description

I have custom colors configured for the build and plan agents. These work in the full TUI, but opencode mini uses different colors. I'd expect mini to use the configured colors too.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Set custom agent colors in opencode.jsonc:
    {
      "agent": {
        "build": { "color": "#ff79c6" },
        "plan": { "color": "#8be9fd" }
      }
    }

  2. Open the full TUI. Build is pink and plan is cyan.
  3. Open opencode mini and switch between the same agents. The colors don't match.
