Research direction

Start by reproducing the Biomarker discovery tutorial command using geom_hilight with td_filter(nodeClass == "Phylum") and the supplied p2 <- p1 + example. Compare the displayed phylum colors with the legend and inspect the six warnings about x$node != rn. Done means the command displays the phyla with the intended legend colors without those warnings.

Description

After the tutorial instruction of the Biomarker discovery, the command work, but does not display the different phyla according to the color of the legend

p2 <- p1 +

  • geom_hilight(
  • data = td_filter(nodeClass == "Phylum"),

  • mapping = aes(node = node, fill = label)

  • )
    I got this warning message and I do not know where to fix the problem ?

Warning messages:
1: In x$node != rn :
longer object length is not a multiple of shorter object length
2: In x$node != rn :
longer object length is not a multiple of shorter object length
3: In x$node != rn :
longer object length is not a multiple of shorter object length
4: In x$node != rn :
longer object length is not a multiple of shorter object length
5: In x$node != rn :
longer object length is not a multiple of shorter object length
6: In x$node != rn :
