Research direction

The payload is a directory-submission request for the doesitarm compatibility list, so start by reading the repository's contribution instructions and the existing app-listing format, then find how entries record name, category and support status. All the values are supplied here: BetterStage, category System Tools, stable 2.0.4 (build 2.0.4901), the website, changelog and appcast links, and the native Apple Silicon status. Done means the new entry follows the existing data shape and the project's build or lint check passes; the linked DMG, hash and notarization notes are context, not work items.

Full Screenshot with the App and Activity Monitor (if self reporting) or Silicon Info

No Activity Monitor or Silicon Info screenshot is attached. The compatibility evidence here is the official release information and inspection of the signed universal app bundle, not a new runtime test.

The 2.0.4 app bundle contains both arm64 and x86_64 architectures. It requires macOS 14 or later. The DMG SHA-256 is:
7ba8c006b6e1a8a12468f890d27abecbad5c8d0f1532738747d2ecd9cd92eaca

The bundle's code signature and Gatekeeper notarization checks passed during our release verification on September 10, 2026. This request reports support in version 2.0.4; it does not claim that 2.0.4 was the first supported version.

Additional Context

I am Terry, BetterStage's developer. BetterStage is a Mac window and workspace manager that groups apps, windows, and layouts by project, then switches the entire context across displays. Each Stage and display can use Enhanced Native free placement or TabStack tiling with panes and tabs.

Please consider adding the app to the compatibility directory. I checked for an existing BetterStage listing and related issues before submitting.
