Research direction
Start by comparing the existing MySQL IAM support with the PostgreSQL connector; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Check how the MySQL connection handles IAM authentication and what the PostgreSQL connection needs for AWS RDS. Done means PostgreSQL connections can authenticate with AWS IAM, as requested.

Description
Prerequisites
- I have written a descriptive issue title
- I have searched existing issues to ensure the feature has not already been requested
🚀 Feature Proposal
I have not used tabularis so far and would only be able to if the PostgreSQL connector also allows IAM authentication. I see this is already support for MySQL and wonder why not also for Postgres?
If there are no complicated reasons for that, I would also consider preparing a PR for it (given I don't know the project, only if it could share the same logic). Otherwise, this is a gentle feature request
Motivation
I would like to use tabularis with an AWS RDS instance
