Description
On main (9578d8c), Home's recent-work row offers Open result (Sources/LocalVoice/WorkbenchHome.swift:425) and Copy instructions (:427). Both report failure only through handoffJobs.error and notice, which only the History page displays. A failure started from Home shows nothing on Home: a dead end under the Grammar's rule 6.
Fix (Quality, no new entry): show the error where the action was taken, beside the recent-work row, and clear it when the row changes. Found while integration-testing #144 with #142.
