Research direction

Start with the HTTP bind in boards/pc/src/ble.rs at line 332 and the connection code in boards/pc/src/network.rs at line 191. Check how the PC board configures its listener and executor, then verify that the debug HTTP shim defaults to loopback, supports configuration, and does not block the executor while connecting.

Description

good first issue

boards/pc/src/ble.rs:332 binds 0.0.0.0, exposing BLE-level control
(/pairing, /pair, /cmd, /simulate) to the LAN. Default to 127.0.0.1
and make it configurable. Also: std::net::TcpStream::connect
(boards/pc/src/network.rs:191) blocks the whole executor while connecting.
