Research direction

Start with the linked GitHub documentation on changing wiki access permissions and check the repository’s current wiki settings. Determine whether wiki edits can be restricted to collaborators, then document or apply the setting and confirm that non-collaborators cannot edit.

Description

I went to edit a small thing on the wiki, and it just went through without any formality.

Could be worth it to restrict edits in order to prevent defacing/mistakes/etc. Seems like https://docs.github.com/en/communities/documenting-your-project-with-wikis/changing-access-permissions-for-wikis would be the place to start.
