Research direction

Start by locating the buildstock generation path and the current universal "City" terrain default. Review the EnergyPlus terrain options shown in the issue and determine how sampling should select and pass a terrain value programmatically. Done means the buildstock contains the sampled terrain and the model no longer relies on one universal default.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement workflow measure

Infiltration is heavily influenced by wind speed, which in turn depends on the terrain assumption in the model. ComStock currently assumes "City". Add a field to the buildstock determined from sampling so this can be set programmatically instead of a universal default.
