Research direction

Start at internal/state/nodepool.go:getNodePools around lines 147-153 and inspect the existing unit-test conventions. Verify the multi-pool result is ordered by pool name, then add a unit test that demonstrates stable ordering across renders; done means the test passes and DaemonSet rendering no longer depends on Go map iteration order.

Description

dsx-ws-0930 good-first-issue

getNodePools builds its return slice by iterating a Go map, so DaemonSet render order varies between reconciles. Sort pools by name before returning and add a multi-pool unit test that asserts stable ordering. This makes logs, manifests, and reconciler behavior easier to reason about.
