Priority-P1 Type-enhancement

Currently the same old interactive-drive screenshot is used for each spawn point, and if that image is missing, the game falls back to using a software render of the map.

The goal with this enhancement here would be to come up with a means of reliably generating a first frame from the map data, including both semantic data and the prompts, and using that to generate first frames with the scenery specified in the prompts while maintaining the defined map layout.
